After carefully assessing the situation and speaking to numerous customers, we realized that using a single assessor for the key risk assessments and audits our customers usually requested could be the solution. By training our consultants in these major assessments and completing them on a single visit, we were able to reduce the cost of our services and pass on savings to our clients. This streamlined approach also reduced the number of consultants and visits, minimizing disruption to their day-to-day operations.
